Atlas 8961 Santa Fe #3501 GP-38 Locomotive W/DCC
The locomotive is in very good condition. There are some paint smeers. Both sunshades are not on the locomotive. The fuel tank has some missing paint. One of the handrails stanchions is broken. One of the exhaust stacks is not present. It was tested and runs good. Both headlights work good. Dual mode DCC decoder instructions and parts diagram is present.
