If you have recently placed an order via the Chicagoland Toys and Hobbies shopping service and need information about it or would like to change it, there are a number of ways to contact us. Since we begin processing your order immediately after we receive it, modifications may not possible.

Most purchases are shipped from our store in Illinois within 24 hours, to arrive within 2 - 5 business days from receipt of your order for in stock items.
For an additional charge we can expedite delivery to most destinations.
We regret that this service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from our supplier (drop shipments), and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Special conditions sometimes apply to the delivery of oversize items or merchandise shipped directly from the supplier. We will notify you if these charges apply to confirm your order.
Oversized items typically have a shipping surcharge applied because of the oversized packaging.
Orders placed over the phone may have different shipping costs. We will quote them during the phone order.
We reserve the right to change shipping methods (USPS or UPS) on shipments that ship for free.
Our shipping charges are for online purchases only and are based on the merchandise total before tax of each delivery address, as follows:
USPS and UPS Shipping Rates - are automatically calculated to your shipping address based on weight.
When you receive your order, always keep the paperwork that is included with it in case you wish to return or exchange an item. Also, save any emails you receive about you order, as they may provide important information.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. You can call or email Chicagoland Toys and Hobbies and we will issue one for you. Returns can only be requested within 30 days of the product shipment date. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Our shipping address is [email protected]
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you.
A restocking fee may apply to returned items or items that have been cancelled.
If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for assistance.
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the merchant shipper immediately.
If you receive damaged merchandise, please save all packaging material and paperwork -- do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
